Just got the email from Blu...figures...just my luck! I hope they get out the replacements quick...I really like my Blu! I do have to hand it to Blu for letting me know and sending the replacement (or so they say...lets keep our fingers crossed).

Was going to post something like this but you beat me to it. Looks like they are going to get backed up again.

You are right though at least Blu told everybody about the defective Blu packs and is going to ship out a replacement to everybody once they arrive.

Update, Rec'd Email from Blu, Order has been cancelled & Refund to be issued. I did not have to contact them so anybody that ordered starter packs should be getting an Email also. Ok now what.

Just an update,
Blu refunded total amount back to my account on 10/5. Appears like they are trying to save reputation & keep customers, Can see a lot of the Clone companies are sold out without a disclaimer like Blu did about charging packs. Makes you wonder? So for Blu
Good Job for informing us of potential issues.

That is one thing I kind of admired about Blu is their honesty. It might put them in situations but they are at least man enough to let people know there is a problem.

people with kits at home can still charge with usb/wall chargers.. replacements said to be sent out in about 4-6weeks.
