I know that e-smoke is putting out new carts that are very easily refilled and elektricblue is working on a similar design as well. Hopefully Greensmoke follows close behind, because they are definitely a more popular two piece product

Yea, I'm hoping thye see it asasmart businessmove because they make a ton of money off of it, instead of being like "then they won't buy OUR juice" and not do it.

That is a very valid point and it would be great for Green Smoke to sell empty cartridges. Refilling them is their one downfall. The first few times you refill them your liquid will be a little off tasting. After a while your flavor of choice will start overpowering the old flavor that was in the cartridge.

If somebody can please send me a PM and when I get back from my vacation I will call up Sammy and see if I can get him to sell some empty cartridges. Even if he does not want to start selling them on the Green Smoke site maybe I can get him to sell me a small order of them so I can make them available to the sites members and visitors.

That would be perfect! I love my Green Smoke but I also like refilling with my own juice..be sure to let us know if you find anything out. I would definitely buy some empty carts.

Here's a tip that might work to help with getting the old juice out:

If you have a syringe, use it to suck out the old eliquid. I did this on both my NJoy and my stock 510 carts to refill with better stuff.

If you don't have a syringe, GET ONE!! It makes refilling a bazillion times easier.

I am actually ordering a syringe from Terry, however it still doesn't solve the whole problem. The batting is gonna have that old flavor still soaked into it. So your gonna have to still smoke it dry. Even then it's gonna taint the new flavor for a little while. I want to just start fresh, but this is a good idea for starters.

wash it in warm water, the batting and it gets rid of the old flavor. Then just pat dry with a napkin until dry, its like new.
Or use a triangle tea bag.

The thing is you cant do any of what you just said, the batting is tightly wound around the atomizer in a Green Smoke. If you remove the batting you have completely destroyed the atomizer.

Green Smoke wrote back to me that they are not interested in selling empty catridges right now, however they are debating it and if it were to happen it would be no sooner than three months. Terry, you want to see if you can talk to your contact and get them just for this site??

Empties for Green Smoke would be a good thing...

Another revenue opportunity for you Terry...

The thing to remind the folks at Green Smoke about is, they will still be selling the empties on a recurring basis since the cartomizer will only last so long... just price 'em eairly and they'll go...

I'll buy 'em...

The attached atty issue is why I suggested the syringe method.

See...I'm not TOTALLY nuts...

If everyone would write customerservice@greensmoke.com asking for empty cartomizers, reminding them to keep them reasonably priced, maybe we could push the wave to get them to seriously think about it.

Certainly all GS users should do this, after all Terry is selling everything we need to do the refills - and it's not hard. I refilled mine without the proper equipment (plan to remedy that with an order to Terry shortly). The refilled one had more vape and more flavor.

To add some volume to the pile - other forum members who don't use GS - couldn't hurt if you sent emails also...

Then hopefully, Terry can become our one source for refilling materials & tools and the blank cartomizers when we need them.

Hey - it worked on Arnold to get him to not sign the e-cig ban in CA - maybe a letter flood would work on the GS folks as well - after all, there's money in it for them...

My email is already sent...

Just a thought...

I think we should give Terry some time to work his magic. If that doesn't pan out we should do this as a Plan B.

Just wanted to let you all know I went and emailed the owner of Green and asked if he could make this happen or at least sell me a few hundred empty cartridges. Lets see what he says and if not I will go and figure something out for us.

Good news guys. I just got an email back from the prez of Green Smoke and he is going to get some empty carts with his next order. Not sure if he is going to sell them on the site or just sell them to me to distribute, but either way we have some empty GS carts on the way.

This is great. I for one think this is a big help to people new to cogs. Youdon't have to worry about cleaning an atty's. Just fill, smoke a few times through and if the atty starts to go throw it out. Good job Terry.

Way to go Terry!!

I noticed when I went to the GS website - Terry showed as my Sales Rep...

Put me second on the list - and I'll order some of that menthol concentrate and other items at the same time.

Now to just get some GS batteries and USB chargers at a more reasonable price..

Terry-

We were discussing offline about capatibility with Green Smoke - appears the 51Duo is the same - as in exactly the same, including the component pricing...

They don't offer 'blanks' either - so we're counting on you...

Thanks for the support guys. I am anxiously awaiting for Green Smoke to let me know when they have placed their blank cartridge order. If they take to long I will look more into finding their supplier and order some carts and batteries myself.

Yup I just got a message on Skype from the owner letting me know that they have the empty cartridges now. He had to go to a meeting so our conversation was short. But they should be on the GS site really soon :)
