Hi all !, i bought a luci in november 09 it came with 1 atty and 2 batteries and some carts, i really liked it so i decided to buy my wife one also , when i got the 2nd luci in the mail i was pretty upset not onlywas i missing a battery i was also missing, and the batt that came with it doesnt work well and the usb charger i also orderd and payed for! I cannot call them cause they dont accept calls from my area and do and have not repled to my various emails... plz help i love luci but im pretty upset

Welcome to the forum IronLung !!! Bummer to hear about the bad product, Ive heard just about all the manufacturers having a bad e-cig componant here and there, if you PM Terry the admin here in the PEC forum and talk to him he might know someone at Luci and help you out, its worth a try, I know he's done similar favors for folks in the past.

Wow wish I would of seen this sooner. I have not talked to the owner of Luci in awhile but I would of been willing to bust out a favor and try to contact them for you. Sorry you had a bad experience Ironlung. Give me a shout if you still need some help getting ahold of them.
