FYI..... A friend of mine got this emial from nosmoke4u.com. [color=#0080FF]PayPal has cut us off! Hello XXX, We received notice today that Pay Pal will no longer support electronic cigarettes and e cigarette supplies. They have frozen my account along with the money I had in it. They will no longer allow you to pay for your supplies with Pay Pal. Google Checkout is the same way. Please help us and this industry by sending your comments to PayPal at aup(at)paypal(dot)com , this is their acceptable use policy department. Also if you are part of the e-cigarette forums please spread the word about this injustice. The FDA couldn't do it so they are trying something else. Please note that you may still purchase from us using a credit card at our main site . As a thank you for helping me out on this, and helping us stay open I have put in a coupon to our main site of 10% off that you can use up to 5 times and runs until September. Paypal has been doing this for at least 3 months now. They primarily target suppliers, but have also banned and seized some individual accounts as well. There are ways to get around this... Never mention e-cig, or anything to do with vaping in your paypal transactions... Mark all payments as gifts, etc... Just use a bit of common sense.... One interesting item of note though... Paypal has not restricted the ability to purchase from, at least some, of the larger chinese suppliers.... Heaven-gifts.com routinely lists exactly what you purchased on the paypal invoice and healthcabin.net sometimes does as well, and I have never (nor have I heard of anyone) had any problem with paypal purchases from either of those vendors... Hummm.... Curious..... |

It's a PayPal USA thing. E-cigs have no official status here and their legality is still in limbo. There is also the age thing which is why a legal product like tobacco cannot be sold through PayPal, no easy way to verify age. UK suppliers can use PayPal for e-cigs where e-cigs have 'official' status. |

PayPal is and still will freeze accounts that have anything to do with the E-cigs. It's really to do with personal accounts and PP is not freezing the accts for Njoy or SE (if they were to use them). This is due to the ruling from Judge Leon. Also, SE and Njoy are being sold (again) on Ebay. Go figure that the ruling from the Judge is only allowing those 2 to do biz and screwing the small biz's from getting their products as the FDA is still confiscating their e-cigs and juice through customs. |

Ecrater is accepting paypal for electronic cigarettes. They get around it by lumping everything in an order number. Pretty common for carts that use paypal. Just never realized it could be useful for this. Kind of cool. |
